Terms, privacy, refund, and support.
The AI Search Visibility Report is a fixed-scope evidence diagnostic using public AI/search answers and public source pages. It is not an SEO retainer, implementation package, legal/professional advisory service, or ranking guarantee.
Customer input
Checkout asks for company website, competitors or alternatives, and buyer persona/questions. Submit public, non-sensitive context only.
- Do not submit credentials, API keys, production access, private analytics exports, customer lists, regulated personal data, or confidential legal, security, or procurement material.
Delivery
For simple public websites, the target turnaround is 48 hours after usable checkout details are received. If the request is unclear, we may ask one clarification thread before continuing or refunding.
Refund rule
Refund if the diagnostic cannot be delivered within the stated fixed scope, or if the report contains fewer than 5 non-obvious, evidence-linked findings. Unfavorable public evidence, competitor mentions, or unexpected recommendations are not by themselves refund reasons.
Support boundary
Included support covers one intake clarification if needed and one delivery clarification or correction request. Implementation work, content writing, ongoing monitoring, and guaranteed ranking work are not included.
Privacy and retention
We use the minimum input needed to fulfill the diagnostic. Customer content is not used as public sample material without separate explicit approval. Intake and report materials are retained only as needed for fulfillment, support, refund/dispute handling, and quality accounting.
